Lake Le-Aqua-Na State Park Campground

Open: (Temporarily Closed for Renovation. Check back in 2021)
This family-oriented campground in the state park offers 183 camping sites; electrical hook-up at 132 sites. 12 hydrants for water. Trailer dump station, flush toilets, and showers (open May 1 to October 31). Equestrian campground and trails (open April 15 to November 15 weather permitting). Pets and campfires allowed; alcoholic beverages prohibited. Rates: Electric Sites: $20 (Non-Holiday Weekends); $30 (Holiday Weekends – Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day); Non-Electric Sites: $10. Illinois residents 62 and over: $5 discount Monday thru Thursday.

Voted one of the best KOA’s in the US, this friendly, quiet, and relaxing rural setting offers 4 log cottages with shower baths, kitchenettes, fireplaces and air-conditioning; one is wheelchair accessible. 6 cabins with heat and air-conditioning.
