Content Creator Services

The Greater Freeport Partnership is seeking proposals from qualified content creators, videographers, photographers, or creative professionals to provide efficient, engaging, short-form video and photography content highlighting local businesses, community events, destinations, and experiences throughout Freeport and Stephenson County, Illinois.

The selected content creator will work with the Partnership to produce a high volume of short-form content designed primarily for use across social media, websites, digital marketing campaigns, and other promotional channels.

Proposal Submission Deadline: September 28, 2026
Contract Term: October 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027
