Regional Site Readiness

The Greater Freeport Partnership’s mission is to promote economic growth, attract investment, and enhance the overall vitality of Stephenson County. As part of this mission, grant funds have been awarded to assist the organization with preparing to develop an
undeveloped industrial site located along the Lamm Road corridor, specifically identified as Parcel ID Numbers: 04-19-07-400-012, 04-19-17-400-003, 04-19-18-200-01, and 03-18- 13-200-012. This area is strategically positioned, surrounded by established businesses and
supported by a strong road network, making it a prime location for future industrial development and expansion. A portion of the land will feature a newly installed well that will be beneficial to the overall project for the Greater Freeport Partnership to expand its capacity to support local industry. The Greater Freeport Partnership is seeking qualified
firms to provide comprehensive services for a proposed development project located at the Lamm Road Corridor. The scope includes an environmental assessment, geotechnical analysis, engineering planning and design, site utility connection design, site surveys, testing, and permitting.

Food Catering Vendors for Annual Dinner

The Greater Freeport Partnership invites you to submit a proposal for food vendor services at our upcoming Annual Dinner, scheduled to take place on February 5, 2026, at the Masonic Event Center in Freeport, IL We are seeking Partnership members that are professional caterers who can provide high-quality culinary delights for our guests. We will feature 4-5 local members to provide food stations with large-appetizer portions. Attendees will have the freedom to select the food they would like to enjoy. *This is not a competition – just a showcase of great food from a variety of fantastic local vendors.  

Downtown Beautification for 2026 Season

The Greater Freeport Partnership is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the planting and maintenance of 30 hanging baskets and 50 ground planters in downtown Freeport for the 2026 beautification season, running from May 2 through October (weather permitting; baskets and planters may be removed at the end of September if necessary).
