The Greater Freeport Partnership is asking for your nominations for the annual awards to be given at the 2022 Annual Dinner on October 27. Please click the appropriate award nomination below.

2022 Award Categories

Start-up Business of the Year Nomination Form

A business who has been in existence for no more than two years that is showing great growth, offering a product or service that is much needed in our area, or is otherwise thriving in their new venture. The nominee must be a Greater Freeport Partnership member.

Business of the Year Nomination Form

A business whose owner/owners/manager and staff offer the public excellent service as well as giving back to the community. The nominee must be a Greater Freeport Partnership member in good standing.

Dale LeBaron Award Nomination Form

Mr. LeBaron was a tireless volunteer for this community. He was one of those special people who understood the value of being involved and was one who cherished the opportunity to give back to his hometown as much as he had received. This award is given each year to someone, who like Dale, knew the importance of serving your community to help make it better. This award recognizes an individual or individuals who have selflessly served the community with persistence, dedication, and enthusiasm.

Rising Star Award Nomination Form

This award will go to a young individual in the community who is excelling at their job, as well as donating their time to local organizations and volunteering. Nominee must be an employee of a Greater Freeport Partnership member in good standing, as well as being under 40 years of age or younger.

Not-for-Profit of the Year Nomination Form

A not-for-profit that offers superb service to our county. The nominee must be a Greater Freeport Partnership member in good standing.
