The Greater Freeport Partnership promotes public events and activities* within Freeport & Stephenson County as they are notified as part of our role as Stephenson County’s tourism agency.
Free promotion includes:
- Inclusion in weekly digital events guide (Based on space availability, events may only be listed the week they occur)
- Inclusion in weekly radio listing of events in Stephenson County
- Listing on web site calendar and mobile app calendar (entered by event organizer)
However, to guarantee exclusive promotional opportunities, event organizers can upgrade their experience to sponsor their event through the Partnership.
Paid Premium Event Sponsorship includes:
- One month pre-promotion in weekly digital event guide with link to more information
- Cover image on event guide the week of the event
- Live remote for WIFR-TV Morning Blend the Friday before the event
- Social media share the week before the event
- One-hour of photography service during the event.
Premium Event Sponsorship fee:
- $250 for events of member organizations
- $500 for events of non-member organizations
Only one paid Premium Event Sponsorship is available per week and on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsorship fee must be paid in advance before promotion begins.
To guarantee your event’s promotional upgrade, email tourism@greaterfeeport.com with the name of the event, organizing entity and date.
